Job Description Job Title:   Consultant, Alternative Funding Division   Department:   Employee Benefits   Reports To:   Chuck Batchelder, EB Growth and Practice Leader     Summary   The   Consultant, Alternative Funding Division (AFD) , plays a key role in supporting the agency’s alternatively funded employer medical plan business. This individual will partner closely with producer teams within their designated region to support self-funding initiatives, including prospecting, advisement, and assessment of groups evaluating a transition to self-funding.
