Job purpose: The BenAdmin Technology Specialist is at the heart of how our clients experience benefit administration technology. This is not a broad IT or general technology role — it is a specialized position focused specifically on the platforms and tools used to administer employee benefits, with Employee Navigator at the center. As a vital member of the Experience Team, this role owns the client onboarding journey, drives the group renewal process, and serves as a trusted resource for benefit administration technology support.
