Position Summary:   The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling commercial insurance products, primarily professional liability, to inbound, pre-qualified prospects. This role involves gathering client needs, matching them with appropriate insurance solutions, performing frontline underwriting, and supporting clients through the application and proposal process. The position also includes cross-selling ancillary lines of coverage to existing clients and assisting with servicing needs when required. This is primarily an in-office role focused on professional liability, business package, auto liability, and other small to mid-size commercial accounts.
