This includes providing superior customer service to all involved parties, as well as obtaining information via phone, fax and email from agents, doctors, attorneys and other external parties involved in the claim. In this role you will preform an investigation and evaluation process by determining coverage under the insurance policy, evaluating liability, assessing damages, and forecasting reserves.
