Acuity is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern to install PC systems and peripherals. This role will load and verify operation of software such as operating system, word processors, and spreadsheets. The intern will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user problems and makes minor repairs. Also provide end user training and technical assistance to user. Start Date: May 2026 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installation at the client workstations of the needed hardware and software. Also provide the assistance to keep the desktop systems running efficiently for the client location. Maintain the integrity of the system documentation.
