Acuity is seeking a General Manager - Distribution Capacity to lead the strategy, development, execution, and continuous improvement of Acuity’s distribution capability development programs that strengthen agency engagement, field effectiveness, operational readiness, and enterprise business performance. In this role, you will serve as the enterprise owner of agency education, continuing education (CE), distribution onboarding, and capability development programs that support Acuity’s distribution strategy.
