Acuity is seeking a Senior Employee Success Specialist to partner with department leaders and managers to facilitate employee relations matters, including performance management, recordkeeping, employee engagement initiatives, investigations, and terminations. In collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues, this role serves as a strategic HR business partner, while also working closely with Learning & Development and the Benefits team as needed, along with supporting additional responsibilities as assigned.   This role is hybrid and will be expected to work onsite at our Sheboygan headquarters approximately 2 days per week.    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:   Support the ongoing facilitation of employee success and retention initiatives at the direction of the Director – Employee Success and HR leadership.
