Job Description The Claims Analyst, Senior Claims Analyst independently adjudicates multi-state workers’ compensation indemnity, EL and subrogation claim files that are generally non-catastrophic in nature.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Receives lost time assignments. Verifies and determines applicability of coverage. Set up new losses and document claims file activities upon loss intake. Support team by answering telephones, completing telephone surveys, updating the call log, producing claim kits, and facilitating special handling requests.
