This position is responsible for managing multiple compensation survey projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, be detail orientated, have data analysis experience, computer literacy, a client service orientation and outstanding written communication skills.   The Role Manage the compensation survey cycle for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones Participate/lead client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educte clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.
