As an HR Business Consultant, you will provide a broad range of strategic human resources consulting services to leaders within the business area(s) you support. What You'll Do As an HR Business Consultant, you will: Build strategic relationships with business leaders and develop trust and business acumen to deliver on business needs. Identify, define and recommend solutions to address the needs of the business while taking account of the broad impact on the business and HR strategies.
