Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial accounts. Provide assistance to Producers in handling and processing new commercial lines business. Review renewal requests, endorsements and audits for accuracy. Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance and Binders. Obtain Renewal information requested by the company underwriter. Prepare Pre-Renewal Packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier. Review company issued New and Renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsements forms and coverages. Review all Accord applications for accuracy. Job Summary:   To assist the Commercial Lines service staff and Client Advisors (as necessary) in servicing new and existing accounts, with a positive attitude, as stated by agency guidelines and procedures. A Commercial Lines Account Coordinator is committed to delivering a consistently impeccable experience.  Responsibilities:   Essential Functions include the following.
