Job Description: Role Oversee the process of preparing and filing, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) reports (Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and Form 8-K for financial items), earnings release, corporate federal and state tax returns, and the OCC and Federal Reserve financial reports. Oversee the preparation and review of reports for the Bank and Company boards, ALCO, and other management reports and assisting in the analysis of changes in financial positions.  Oversee and assist in researching, interpreting, and applying/implementing new accounting and reporting guidance, new financial reporting regulatory guidance, and new corporate federal and state tax regulations.
