The Paralegal for the General Claims (GC) Legal department provides paralegal support to in-house staff attorneys for claims-based legal matters, assists attorneys’ legal research, and monitors case and publication alerts through Westlaw and public dockets on important cases, regulations or statutes. The GC Legal Paralegal analyzes issues related to liens, child support judgments, and releases, and drafts correspondence, memoranda and pleadings under the close guidance of staff attorneys.
