The Product Development Manager is responsible for supporting the design, enhancement, and ongoing management of NJM’s personal auto, homeowners, and umbrella products across the company’s operating footprint. This newly created position is accountable for evaluating product performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to improve product competitiveness and profitability. The role is also responsible for conducting research, developing recommendations, and collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, claims, compliance, IT, and other business areas to implement product changes and strategic initiatives.
