Reporting to a Supervisor in Medical Claim Services Bill Processing, the Bill Processing (BP) and Workflow Specialist is responsible and accountable for ensuring that medical documents are researched and processed within multiple applications. Timely and accurate processing is vital to ensuring that medical bills are routed to so they can be processed within regulatory timeframes. This position also includes processing a limited number of medical bills for payment, providing the opportunity for career progression. The Litigation Processor is responsible for providing clerical support to the General Claims Legal Department by reviewing, analyzing, and processing incoming complaints directed to the Company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to staff attorneys in processing complaints. Provide support to the PIP Litigation team in processing PIP arbitration demands.
