To help educate Producers on this affluent segment and assist with the placement of their new business. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)   Support sales programs and long-range objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness. (30-40%) Coach, educate and support Producers in structuring and submitting high-net worth business to our select group of carriers for underwriting and pricing.
