Purpose of Job To provide day-to-day service and support to specifically assigned new and existing clients in the affluent segment of the Agencies business such that objectives for profitability and growth are met. To help educate Producers on this affluent segment and assist with the placement of their new business. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)   Support sales programs and long-range objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness. (30-40%) Coach, educate and support Producers in structuring and submitting high-net worth business to our select group of carriers for underwriting and pricing.
