WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Claims Consultant will provide exceptional and timely client service to the Company's customers. This will be done by interacting with carrier resources, producers, account managers and customer representatives by answering telephone calls and replying to emails related to commercial lines claims (excluding workers' compensation). The person in the position will play a key role in claims administration. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY Manages all incoming calls related to commercial lines of business (excluding workers' compensation). Obtains all essential information related to the claim from producer and/or client. Never implies or denies coverage of a claim. Determines applicable coverage/policy related to the claim and completes appropriate ACORD form. Submits ACORD form to the appropriate carrier within mandated timelines (24 hours from receipt).
