Overview This position is responsible for handling residential real estate closings from beginning to end. This includes keeping buyer, seller, real estate agent, lender and mortgage broker up to date throughout the transaction as well as clearing title, closing, balancing and disbursing escrow funds, recording documents to convey and insure title, and other ancillary tasks that relate to the issuance of title insurance.  Responsibilities Review residential purchase/sale contracts and comply with all terms. Review title commitment and clear curative items. Identify any potential issues or encumbrances and work to resolve.
