Job Description: This role will be located onsite in Valparaiso, Indiana. Typical hours will be Monday -Friday 7 am-4 pm. You must be willing to be on call 24/7/365 Maintenance Technician II's ensure effective functioning of the facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees. Maintains assigned facility through preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems. Troubleshoots problems with systems and takes appropriate corrective action. Maintains equipment with standard preventative maintenance procedures. Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications. Assists with capital improvement projects as needed.
