Overview This position requires the candidate to be detailed oriented and experienced to handle residential real estate closings from beginning to end. This includes keeping buyer, seller, real estate agents, lenders and mortgage brokers up to date throughout the transaction as well as clearing title, closing, balancing and disbursing escrow funds, recording documents to convey and insure title, and other ancillary tasks that relate to the issuance of title insurance in the State of Florida.
