The Personal Lines Assistant Account Specialist (AAS) supports the Account Specialist (AS) by handling service-related tasks and processing policy changes, typically with limited direct client contact. This is more of a customer service supportive role for the AS and their shared book of business. Your Impact: - Answering and transferring calls from the mainline phone queue— not to assist the client directly , but to route them to the appropriate team member. The only exceptions are flood and auto-related calls, which the AAS is expected to handle if on their file. - Following all Risk Strategies Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and naming conventions. - Assisting with client payments, flood and auto quotes/re-shops, completing auto endorsements from start to finish, and processing home endorsements and cancellations as assigned by the AS. - Updating client information and policy details in the management system. - Returning client calls and completing tasks assigned by the...
