The Personal Lines Assistant Account Specialist (AAS) supports the Account Specialist (AS) by handling service-related tasks and processing policy changes, typically with limited direct client contact. This is more of a customer service supportive role for the AS and their shared book of business. Your Impact: - Answering and transferring calls from the mainline phone queue— not to assist the client directly , but to route them to the appropriate team member.
