The Personal Lines Assistant Account Specialist (AAS) supports the Account Specialist (AS) by handling service-related tasks and processing policy changes, typically with limited direct client contact. This is more of a customer service supportive role for the AS and their shared book of business. Your Impact: - Answering and transferring calls from the mainline phone queue— not to assist the client directly , but to route them to the appropriate team member. The Assistant Select Specialist will assist the PL Select Department in supporting day to day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients.
