Position Summary The Office Support Clerk provides clerical support in assigned office in accordance with Company Guidelines, client needs, and regulatory requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities Answers incoming telephone calls; routes call to appropriate staff member; documents and distributes messages accordingly. Greets visitors to the reception area and directs to appropriate staff; coordinates appointments as necessary. Responds to basic inquiries from participants, beneficiaries, and union representatives regarding benefit plans. Maintains lobby and reception area in an organized and professional manner.
