Objective:
The Small Group Benefits Account Manager role is responsible for servicing and managing a book of business consisting of small group accounts, typically with less than 50 lives. This role is client-facing, requiring a mix of technical insurance knowledge, proactive communication, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
What You’ll Do:
Client Service & Account Management.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for small group accounts, providing timely and professional service support.
Work alongside Mavrix Insurance Advisor on new business placements.
Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, billing questions, and other service needs.
Coordinate with Mavrix Insurance Advisors and carriers to resolve service issues, open enrollment, and ensure client satisfaction.
