Beacon Mutual is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its small, collegial and dynamic General Counsel’s Office. This position will manage the company's contracting process, including partnering with business units to evaluate and mitigate risk, and to negotiate and revise contracts.  This role oversees the company's contract lifecycle including  evaluation of  commercial, legal and data security risks, leading contract negotiations and providing business units with advice consistent with company's risk tolerance.   This role will also support the company’s legal, regulatory, and licensing compliance functions, manage disputes including litigation and pre-litigation, and handle subpoena requests on behalf of the company.  Additional responsibilities include providing general legal support and assisting management on strategic initiatives and corporate projects, participation in enterprise-wide legal compliance, protection of company's IP rights, licensing compliance and audits,...
