As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the voice of Beacon for customers, policyholders, and agents – handling first-level inquiries by phone and electronic channels, identifying service needs, and resolving issues with accuracy, care, and minimal friction. As an Associate Premium Auditor, you’ll play a key role in making sure every policy reflects the true exposure of the business it covers. Working under supervision and within established procedures, you’ll examine and verify payroll records, operations, and insurance exposures for low- to moderate-complexity accounts to determine the actual earned premium for each policy period. The data you validate supports ratemaking and workers’ compensation classification review, so your work truly matters.
