Essential Responsibilities: Independently perform the daily tasks required to efficiently manage daily claims needs which may include but are not limited to: Demonstrate exceptional customer service and operate as an effective partner with clients. Consult, educate and assist clients with claims related functions and services including: Assist clients in reporting claims. Assist the client in properly understanding coverage.
