Job Summary The Strategy Lead is responsible for leading critical processes across the strategy lifecycle including strategy development, strategic planning, and trend monitoring.   In this role you will collaborate with leaders such as the Chief Financial Officer and the President & CEO to shape the long-term enterprise strategy.  You will also work closely with business segment leadership teams to define and advance the strategies and plans critical to their goals.    As part of the strategy function, you will  gain approval on strategy process recommendations with the Head of Strategy.
