Position summary The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation and Proxy Disclosure, is responsible for the end-to-end development, governance, and execution of executive compensation disclosure in the company’s annual proxy statement and related filings/communications. The role partners closely with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, HR, Investor Relations, and external advisors to ensure accurate, compliant, and investor-aligned disclosure, with strong attention to detail and project management.
