Job Description This role is responsible for leading the global income tax reporting function, including quarterly and annual tax provision processes, financial statement disclosures, and related compliance across the Arch group. The position oversees global tax consolidation (including 10-K reporting) and ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of tax reporting across all jurisdictions. The Director partners closely with Finance leadership, business units, and external advisors to manage tax reporting, evaluate the impact of global tax developments, and support strategic business initiatives.
