About the role: Reporting to the Director of International Benefits, the Benefits Specialist will support the development of the strategy for international benefits, design and implementation of any new or revised benefit programs sponsored by the American International Group, Inc subsidiaries outside the US. The Specialist will also support the Director assessing needs, evaluating cost-effectiveness opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing or assisting with audits and related activities in order to be responsive to the company's goals and to ensure that the company is competitive within the markets where it does business. The Specialist will also participate in the ongoing monitoring of benefit plans, including group insurance and paid time off programs, including a number of US plans.
