The Real Estate Finance CoE delivers ownership of all Real Estate Finance functions globally. The Real Estate FP&A Financial Analyst will provide monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budget consolidation, and take ownership of regional Real Estate GOE financials. Key areas include: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including expenses and cash flow projections. Prepare and analyze monthly reporting and analysis. Provide meaningful commentary on financial results, explaining key drivers and variances from budget and prior periods. Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers to support decision-making.
