We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Manager to lead and manage complex and high-severity recovery claims, including subrogation, litigation, and attorney-managed claims. This role involves direct oversight of all recovery efforts, legal strategies, negotiation efforts, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Claims Manager will be responsible for conducting detailed claim audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
