Overview Senior Underwriter – AmTrust E&S Insurance Services. This underwriting position is designed for an individual with a minimum of seven (7) years of Medical Professional Liability underwriting experience. Strong preference for a background in the E&S (excess & surplus) market writing Physician’s Professional Liability and/or medium to high hazard medical facilities Professional Liability insurance. Knowledge of individual account risks within the class, hazards by specialty, rating, pricing, and form selection as well as knowledge of industry standard company forms is required to properly underwrite risk.   With this opportunity, you will underwrite and manage a portfolio of hard to place medical professional liability risks with a focus on individual and small physician group Professional Liability with tougher exposures considered unique or challenging in accordance with AmTrust E&S guidelines, strategy and profitability standards....
