Other duties may be assigned : Handles litigated and non-litigated claims, including Auto Physical Damage (APD) and Cargo claims, from start to finish. Manages a diverse caseload from across the U.S, ensuring timely and effective settlements while maintaining high professional standards. Caseload: 100-120 claims, with 30% involving litigated files Handle claims related to commercial auto incidents, including physical damage and liability claims. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently. Manage both litigated and non-litigated claims. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain detailed documentation for each claim. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful claim outcomes.
