The Litigation Management Associate is primarily responsible for auditing legal and litigation support vendor invoices, and educating panel defense counsel as to the Company's litigation management programs, but is also responsible for training other staff, generating legal audit data and reports, and for developing and implementing litigation management programs and initiatives. Job Description SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE :  The General Adjuster effectively determines and communicates the extent of loss or damage associated with relatively complex and/or extensive commercial property claims in a variety of business classes.
