The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing client and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions.  This role will primarily focus on supporting the area of liability claims but does not perform the functions of a Claims Adjuster. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
