The Captive Implementation Manager (CIM) is responsible for assigned new business implementations and managing select renewal activities that require review and approval from the Department of Insurance. The CIM serves as the project manager of these new implementations and certain renewal functions. The goal is to support quality treatment and, when appropriate, a timely return to work.
