The Telehealth Coordinator Lead is responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. The Telehealth Coordinator Lead assists in daily guidance of their assigned team. This is a remote role but requires residency in Arizona or Virginia. The Workers’ Compensation Medical Only Claims Specialist manages non-complex and non-problematic, medical only claims under close supervision, supporting the goals of the Claims Department and of CorVel.  This is a remote role.
