Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business sales to drive organic growth and to provide a high-level of customer service in retaining and servicing Personal Lines Accounts.
This opportunity is for an individual that enjoys networking, has a high level of professionalism, and a passion for providing personalized service to their clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new personal lines accounts that meet agency standards.
Generate new business appointments through networking, referrals, and other sources to attract and retain clients.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across departments and expand lines of business on current accounts.
Meet or exceed assigned annual new business revenue and retention goals.
Proactively manage an assigned book of business using the Epic Agency Management System.
