The Disability Review Specialist is responsible for proactively calling, renewing, and making coverage recommendations for disability policyholders, while cross-selling additional products as directed. Meets established sales targets and other quality of business factors. Significantly contributes to customer retention efforts by establishing customer rapport through mutual trust and respect. Your Impact: Proactively places outbound calls to existing customers with disability policies within specified timeframe.
