The Stock Services Workforce Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Stock Services department, including receiving, inventory control, stock distribution, courier functions, fleet-vehicle support, and mail transport activities.  This position provides direct supervision and guidance to the Stock Services Courier/Driver-Stock Clerk staff, insuring accurate inventory management, timely deliveries across the NJM campus, safe driving practices and high-level customer service.  The Stock Services Workforce Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and departmental standards while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The Sr. Maintenance Operator will assists with the daily operation of all facility systems, consisting of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, building automation, and backup power systems. Provides instruction and guidance to other staff. Performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on all facility systems and equipment.
