Hilb Group is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Employee Benefits Compliance national practice group.  The EB Compliance group includes 5 lawyers and works to ensure our clients’ compliance with the laws and regulations governing health and welfare plans, including ERISA and the Affordable Care Act. We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to assist with the creation of client-facing documents and contracts, as well as filing and reporting requirements.  Primary duties include drafting client service agreements and preparing and filing Forms 5500, 720, 1094, and 1095.  A keen eye for detail, next-level organization  and the ability to meet deadlines with precision are essential.  Experience in a legal position and/or experience with employee benefits is preferred but not required.
