Overview The successful candidate will be a part of a busy and highly effective legal team based primarily in New York that provides legal support to the full range of businesses within AmTrust. The role reports to VP, Senior Corporate Counsel and would have day-to-day responsibility for managing their own tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate must have insurance defense experience handling commercial lines matters, with extensive knowledge of general liability, including substantive experience with New York Labor Law §§ 240(1) and 241(6), contractual indemnification issues between parties, commercial premises liability, and commercial auto claims.
