Overview AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a leading and growing commercial insurance holding company, has an immediate opening for an E-Discovery Paralegal in our Cleveland office. This in-house position will support the Litigation Department by managing e-discovery processes and assisting with complex litigation matters.   Responsibilities Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions and legal articles to better understand how to respond to subpoenas served upon any entity in the AmTrust group of companies. Collect, reviewed, redact, categorize (e-tag) and produce documents using AmTrust’s in-house e-discovery platform in response to subpoenas or in connection with other legal matters.
