Overview AmTrust North America, Inc. is seeking a full-time Paralegal-II for its Litigation Department. This position will support multiple Litigation Department units. The Paralegal will maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values and uphold the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate referrals from business partners to the Litigation Department units. 2. Monitor, prioritize, triage and respond to group email box communications. 3. Referral intake, set up and creation in the Litify case management platform. 4. Communicate with business partners to ensure accuracy of the referral data. 5. Identify, extract and upload appropriate file documentation supporting referrals into case management platforms and trackers. 6.
