Description The SOX Senior Manager leads and supports Huntington's SOX and FDICIA compliance program. On an annual basis this includes participating in the scoping and risk assessment processes, performing testing of entity-level controls, overseeing testing of transaction-level controls, monitoring testing status and action plans, evaluating control deficiencies and serving as the primary subject-matter expert on SOX 404 and ICFR requirements.
