About the role. The Executive Claim Analyst is a key member of the Casualty Claims Department reporting to the Casualty Large Loss Manager. The primary goal of this position is to handle our most severe and complex claims, while delivering flawless service to our members. This person will handle first and third party claims in a quality manner and meet our high standards of accuracy, efficiency, quality customer service, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do. Claims handling: Display ownership in handling a pending of the company’s most catastrophic bodily injury claims and demonstrate a continual high level of technical competency in: Coverage analysis and determinations; Catastrophic claim investigation; Claim strategy formulation and execution; and The ability to accurately and effectively evaluate, reserve, negotiate, and resolve complex claims within prescribed authority levels.
