Position Summary: The Program Broker is a front-line revenue role accountable for driving new business production for Citadel’s direct-to-insured insurance programs across core Property & Casualty coverages (including General Liability, Professional Liability, Inland Marine, and other program offerings as applicable). This role is designed for a high-energy, inside sales, phone-first prospector and closer who thrives on disciplined outreach, rapid qualification, short-cycle consultative selling, and consistent close practices.
